Tigé Ultré ZX Series
What awards has the Tigé Ultré ZX won?
The Ultré ZX class has made waves in industry awards. Boating Industry recognized the entire Tigé Ultré line with Top 2025 Product status for outstanding marine innovation. The UltréLounge system—with its innovative FastFlip Co-Captain’s chair and UltréChill electric cooler—took home WakeWorld’s Innovation of the Year award. Plus, the Ultré ZX line secured recognition as one of the top 3 wakesurf and wakeboard boats available today.
What are the best new wakesurf and best wakeboard boats?
The Ultré ZX Class by Tigé stands among the best wakesurf and wakeboard boats for 2025. What sets the Ultré ZX apart is the combination of our patented Convex V hull, TAPS 3T system, and GO System that makes dialing in epic wakes effortless. Whether you’re chasing massive surf waves or crisp wakeboarding wakes, the technology works together to deliver consistent, world-class performance every time you hit the water. It’s no surprise that WakeWorld named the Ultré ZX one of the top 3 wakesurf and wakeboard boats on the market.
Which wake boat gives the biggest surf wave?
Tigé Boats naturally produce some of the most powerful surf waves in the industry, and the Ultré ZX class takes it to the next level. Our patented Convex V hull, TAPS 3T system, and GO System work together to maximize wave size and quality. But here’s what also sets us apart—we don’t cut corners on our lamination schedule. While other manufacturers go light to save costs, we build substantial boats with the weight needed to displace serious water and create those massive, powerful waves surfers crave.
What makes the Tigé Ultré ZX elite over other surf boats?
The Ultré ZX represents the pinnacle of surf and wakeboard boat engineering, combining exclusive features you won’t find anywhere else with unmatched performance on the water. Start with the UltréLounge seating system that transforms how you experience the boat, the innovative UltréChill electric cooler that actually keeps things cold, the ingenious RetracTable for ultimate versatility, and forward-facing transom seats that change your entire relationship with the water. These aren’t just features—they’re Ultré ZX exclusives.
Performance wise, the surf waves are massive and customizable, while wakeboard wakes come out crisp and powerful every time. The patented Convex V hull, TAPS 3T system, and award-winning GO System work together to deliver world-class waves at the touch of a button. It’s not just elite—it’s in a class by itself.
Can the Tigé Ultré 25ZX handle rough water conditions?
Can it handle rough water? Consider it handled. Our modern keel design and patented Convex V Hull cuts through chop and keeps everything smooth, no matter what Mother Nature throws at you. And here’s a bonus—every 25ZX comes standard with a thruster, so whether you’re dealing with rough water or just a tricky docking situation, you’ve got the control to handle it with confidence.
What engine options are available for the Tigé Ultré 25ZX?
There’s only one engine worthy of an Ultré: the Indmar Raptor 575—a 6.2L ROUSHCharged V8 that delivers 575 lb-ft of torque with closed cooling. It’s the most powerful advanced performance engine in Indmar’s lineup and the hardest working in the Raptor series. Indmar specializes in watersports engines, so you know it’s built specifically for how surf and wake boats get used on the water.
How does the Tigé Ultré 25ZX hold its value compared to competitors?
Tigé Ultré boats hold their value exceptionally well, and there’s a strategic reason why. As a family-owned and privately held company, we control our own distribution and production—which means we build boats based on actual market demand, not Wall Street pressure to hit quarterly numbers. We’re not flooding the market with excess inventory, so used Ultrés stay desirable and values stay strong.
What makes the Tigé Ultré 25ZX different from other boats in its class?
Compare the Tigé Ultré 25ZX next to a Nautique Paragon 25 or Mastercraft X-Star 25, and the differences jump out immediately. We’ve got exclusive features you simply won’t find anywhere else—the UltréLounge seating system, our UltréChill electric cooler that actually keeps things cold, the ingenious RetracTable, and those dual-facing transom seats that change how you experience the water. But here’s the real kicker: you’re getting all this innovation while saving significantly compared to competitive models. It’s not just different—it’s smarter.
Tigé RZX
How does the Tigé 24RZX perform for watersports?
You can expect the best-performing boat on the water, regardless of what you’re doing—wakesurfing, wakeboarding, or just cruising. The Tigé 24RZX combines the GO System, TAPS 3T, and our patented ConvexV Hull to deliver an epic ride every time. For wakesurfing, the waves are full of power, whether you prefer mellow or steep. Wakeboarding wakes come out clean, crisp, and solid. And when conditions get rough, the ride stays smooth no matter what Mother Nature throws at you.
What’s included with a new 2026 Tigé 24RZX purchase?
It’s Tigé’s philosophy to make as many features standard as possible. Powered electric towers, luxurious interiors, 12″ touch screens—everything you need comes included rather than nickel-and-diming you with options. You can see the complete standard feature list here.
What is new on the 2026 Tigé 24RZX?
For 2026, everything changed with the interior. Deeper seating, luxury comfort, and that unmistakable Ultré aesthetic—plus space for the optional TigeChill cooler everyone loves. Functionality throughout the boat was completely reimagined. The redesigned bow functionality includes a built-in windscreen and enormous storage, creating a more comfortable and practical space. The 24RZX’s tower game got stronger too. Every 24RZX comes standard with the Alpha E4 Powered Tower, or upgrade to the Ultré Tower when you want to go full ultra. We also added the Smart Wheel, enhanced bow functionality, and introduced new gel coat and interior vinyl colors.
How big are Tigé’s wake surf waves?
Tigé’s wakesurf waves are always powerful and massive—if that’s what you’re after. But they can also be dialed down to mellow and manageable with the touch of a button. The 24RZX’s dynamic wakesurf waves are easily adjusted through the GO System, letting you dial in any rider’s preferred wakesurf wave in seconds.
What sets the Tigé 24RZX apart from other surf boats in its class?
When comparing the Tigé RZX to other boats in its class—such as the Nautique G Series (G23 or G25), Mastercraft X24, or Malibu 24MXZ—the depth is the first thing you’ll notice. You won’t find another towboat in this segment that comes close. Look at the photos and you’ll see bow seating that goes up to your shoulders, which means everyone rides comfortably and safely. The sheer depth makes you feel like you’re in a 25′-26′ surf boat, not a 24-footer. You feel like you’re sitting in the boat, not riding on top of it.
Storage space doesn’t even compare—the RZX’s deep design creates significantly more usable storage throughout the boat. Beyond that, you get Tigé’s renowned interior craftsmanship and attention to detail. Plus thoughtful features like the optional TigeChill electric cooler, dedicated surf locker, and Smart Wheel that enhance every day on the water.
How does the Tigé 22RZX hold its value?
Tigé Boats maintain strong resale values, and our approach to manufacturing plays a big role. As a family-owned and privately held company, we’re not pressured to overproduce for Wall Street—we build based on genuine market demand. This means fewer boats flooding the used market and stronger values for owners when it’s time to upgrade.
Does the Tigé 22RZX work well for both wakesurfing and wakeboarding?
The Tigé 22RZX is a master of all three watersports. For wakesurfing, you can dial in huge steep waves for advanced riders or mellow it out for skim style or first-timers. The versatility is incredible. When it comes to wakeboarding, the 22RZX is arguably the best wakeboarding boat on the market. The wakes come out crisp, clean, and powerful every single time. And if waterskiing is your thing, the 22RZX delivers flat, invisible ski wakes.
What makes the Tigé 22RZX special compared to other 22-foot surf and wake boats?
Compare the Tigé 22RZX next to a Malibu MXZ, Nautique G Series, or Mastercraft X Series, and you’ll immediately see why pros choose Tigé. The industry’s top professional wakeboarders and wakesurfers prefer the 22RZX’s wake surf waves and wakeboard wakes. But it goes beyond performance. Step inside and the depth hits you—this feels like a boat that’s a couple feet longer than it actually is. From the transom surf locker to the bow anchor locker, the 22RZX gives you real space to move and relax. Diamond stitching, bold styling, features like the Surf Locker and powered towers—it’s all standard equipment, not expensive add-ons.
Tigé Z3
What is different about the 2026 Z3 from previous Z3s?
Everything. We completely redesigned the Z3 from the ground up, rethinking every detail. The first thing you’ll notice is the overall depth of the boat—inspired by our flagship Ultré ZX. You’ll feel that Ultré DNA throughout the Z3, but at a price point where you can scale your luxuries exactly how you want them.
What luxury features come standard on the Tigé Z3?
The Z3 comes loaded with luxury touches right out of the box. Most importantly, every Z3 includes the all-new Alpha E4 Powered Tower—a feature that other manufacturers charge premium prices for as an expensive upgrade. You also get diamond stitching throughout the interior, the 12.1″ Tigé CLEAR Horizon for perfect visibility, dedicated Surf Locker storage, and the GO System for precise wake and wave control. It’s luxury that works as hard as it looks good.
How does the Tigé Z3 perform in rough conditions?
With an all-new hull design for 2026, the Z3 handles rough water better than ever and we will put it up against any other wakesurf or wakeboard boat. Our patented Convex V hull and new modern keel design cuts through chop while the TAPS system keeps your bow position exactly where you need it. When conditions get rough, the Z3 keeps cruising like glass.
How big are the wake surf waves?
Huge waves when you want them, mellow rides when you don’t. The Z3 delivers dynamic waves that adjust effortlessly at the touch of a button. With the GO System, you can dial in any rider’s preferred wakesurf wave—from beginner-friendly rollers to advanced steep faces—making every session perfect.
Is an inboard better than a forward-facing drive for wakesurfing?
Performance-wise, inboards also deliver superior wakesurfing waves. The propeller location completely under the boat creates cleaner water flow and more surfable waves without interference from external drive components. Inboards allow for optimal weight distribution since the engine sits in the center of the boat, creating the displacement needed for quality surf waves. The exhaust system also exits through the hull rather than near the surface. For wakesurfing, inboards provide both the safest and best-performing option.
How does the Tigé Z3 compare to other 23′ surf boats?
Compare the Tigé Z3 against the Malibu 23LSV, Nautique G23 or S23, and Mastercraft XT series, and the differences are clear. The Z3’s interior depth creates more usable storage and seating that gives your passengers added comfort and safety. Notice how high the seatbacks are—they provide proper support and protection that you simply don’t get in other brands.
On the feature side, the Z3 comes standard with exclusive elements like diamond stitching interior, the GO System for intuitive wave adjustment, and dedicated Surf Locker storage that competitors simply don’t offer. Plus, you get a powered tower that other manufacturers charge premium prices for as an upgrade. The 2026 redesign also brings Ultré-inspired depth and styling to the 23-foot segment at a more accessible price point.
Should I buy new or used wake boat?
For the Z3, buying new offers compelling advantages that are hard to ignore. You get the full warranty coverage—five years bow to stern and on your Indmar engine—which provides serious peace of mind. Plus, the 2026 Z3 is completely redesigned with that Ultré-inspired depth and styling that simply wasn’t available in previous years. You’re not just getting a warranty—you’re getting the latest technology, improved hull design, and features that represent years of innovation. When you’re investing in something you’ll enjoy for years to come, starting with the newest, most advanced version makes a lot of sense. The Z3 also holds its value well, thanks to Tigé’s controlled production approach, so the premium you pay for new typically holds up better over time than with other brands.
